The presentation files should be in the format of Microsoft PowerPoint;
The scheduled presenters can be anywhere around the world and they must be ready at the presentation time;
A big screen at the confrerence room will be provided. The presentation files from the presenters will be displayed there; The conference committee will contact the presenters through the telephone (with VoIP system).
The voice of the presenters will be amplified for the conference audience;
The presenters must tell the committee about the needed technical support;
Each presenter has 15 minutes times to give a presentation, including time space for discussion.
